1:1 Individual Sessions

A gentle, personalised space for your child to grow

Individual therapy at Thrive with Ali Fleming is shaped around your child: their needs, their strengths, and their unique way of experiencing the world.

Sessions are play-based and personalised, designed to build skills through connection, curiosity, and trust. We follow your child’s interests, using what they love as a bridge to learning, regulation, and confidence.

Therapy can take place where your child feels most at ease; in your home, their childcare or school, or in my calm home therapy space in Tea Tree Gully. Familiar environments help children feel safe, supported, and ready to engage.

This work is not about pushing progress. It’s about creating the right conditions for growth.

By meeting children where they are, physically and emotionally, we create space for meaningful development that feels natural, respectful, and empowering.
